The domain market is global and for every one in the world who can speak English or other language.
In China most people can speak two kind of language(Chinese and English).lol
So .us is also good for chinese domain resellers.

If you run servers in the US for business reasons then you should be able to use that as an way to be able to reg .us names.

hmmm.... be careful of the precidents you try and set, usually you will find yourself wanting to avoid a nexus, not create one. Nexus also often determines taxablity as well.

If I see correctly, the domains listed accoring to their expiration date, and not drop date which is 35 days after expiration date for .us names. Am I wrong ?

For now you are indeed right.

This is changing in the next 10 days. The site was put up based on information we have. The premium names lists (or at least most of them) have actually dropped.

We actually had about 18 3 letter .biz drop and available to manually reg yesterday
