It's a great template and a fair name. Is $550 the lowest you will accept for a bid. LMK if you get no takers... I would be interested if you decided to sell cheaper. I will be willing to spend $550 but I would need a better reason than the ones I see. Please post more information in case I missed something.

Also are you running a CMS? Which one if you are? I see you have the seb flipper script installed..is the license included?

No, there is no CMS, it's just PHP Includes and HTML.

No, I haven't made any sales from affiliates set ups.
