www.virtualdn.com is for sale with site, members, databases, everything.
It's an original concept & site, a domain market simulation...
It used to be very popular; a little clever marketing and advertising would get traffic back up to par. It used to get over a thousand uniques per month, and I've made a little over $100 from it. It's been "open" since October 2005 or so, not officially out of beta but mostly functional.
The neat thing is that users can develop small sites onto their domains (or full fledged, PHP & MySQL powered ones if they used frames) and access them like:
www.virtualdn.com/about.com
A sample parking page for un-developed domains is like: www.virtualdn.com/links.com
A forum at http://forums.virtualdn.com/index.php is the marketplace. Explore a little and you'll find it realistic. Sort of
The VERY cool thing is that all developed domains boost the virtualdn.com pagerank; each contributing user can even get their own virtual domain a page ranking.
Right now, www.virtualdn.com shows a PR of 4 and predicted PR5.
The only unfinished feature is ROMI, the Registrar Owners' Management Interface, which allows users to be their own virtual domain resellers.
