I've never tried them, but somebody suggested TopPayingKeywords.com to me in another thread.

Personally, I'd really like to know how it is that people come up with these lists. Does it just take enough money to get google to release this information? Is somebody just doing a lot of trial and error with keywords to find out? Or is there some trick that lets people find this stuff out?
