Wanted: Programmer & Designer for Diary Site

As mentioned up there in the title, I am looking for a dedicated and creative programmer-cum-designer who could create a site similar to the one at www.OpenDiary.com - I know that it could be as "simple" as using one of the available free multi-user webblog scripts out there, but toss me some of your ideas and we'll work from there. I am simply too busy right now to do this, especially the designing, from scratch. Payment amount to be discussed. :talk:
