I like to hire someone to establish a web hosting forum with at least 5,000 unique posts (no auto content).

I would supply you with Vbulletin 4.0 script. Don't worry. I would install the Vbulletin 4.0 for you. You just need to create subforums and establish the forum.

If you have a web hosting forum database (if no longer used and not sold to anyone else), I would consider buying it also.
