Thanks for your post. Yes, there are few Google Adsense clicks but since the site is new and the click are few, then consider that I'm selling it without revenue but I'm sure that the site will generate much more revenue in the future.
As for the posts, there is an Article Bot installed which takes newsfeeds from different sites and add them to the forum as content, that's why there is a lot of posts considering the there are only 5 members till now.
As for the license, no I'm not selling the license in this package but can be added to the package for extra $100 or you can buy it directly from vBulletin.org for $85.

The license is not included, but if the buyer want it, he or she can add $100 after the sale price and I will give it to him. Or the buyer can buy it directly from vBulletin.org for $85
