Per forum rules. The design for this site is not a resold template. All design work is done by me and the .psd comes with the site.
I'm offering www.Webmaster-Resources.net for sale, including the domain and site content.
It includes some freely available tools for checking search engine position, link popularity and page rank.
I've integrated the popular "Biz Directory" into the site and setup some initial main categories. I didn't want to populate it too deep, so as to give some flexibility to the potential buyer.
I've written a search engine optimization tips article for the site. Only a portion of it is visible now, will provide the full article for the buyer. The article is hand written by me, nothing copied from anywhere. I basically sat down for a few hours and put my thoughts down on what I've learned on SEO for the past few years down in copy. There is no magical claims in the article. It's basic on-page SEO tips. As a disclaimer, while I'm comfortable doing SEO for my own sites, I've never laid claim to being an SEO expert, nor do I seek it.
Site Features:
1) The left menu, right menu and footer are in include files. This makes it extremely easy to add a link in the include file, upload it, and all pages will then have the new link. The right menu contains my adsense code for now. The footer file can be changed once and the entire site inherits the change.
2) There is a template for adding new pages (manually). It has markers of what to add (title, description, keywords, content, etc) in the template, so you can easily add new pages.
3) The photoshop tutorials are pulled from DesignArena.org. There are other tutorials from other sites you could choose to pull in. I used this one as an example.
4) Web Templates. Affiliate program through DesignLoad.net. Easy to get an account there. Replace my account number with yours.
5) Biz Directory integrated with look/feel of site. I've also added mod_rewrite to the Biz Directory for search engine friendly urls.
6) Free Web Directory List started, just added a few. There are plenty of lists/sites here to add.
7) Site includes all sources, images, .psd (photoshop file), etc. You should have hosting capable of mod_rewrite, php and mySQL. Does not include installation. I can install the site on your host for an additional $50.00.
Questions/Answers
1) What traffic does it receive? A: Minimal. The domain has not been on a site for almost a year. I've been working on the site for the past few days and just completed it this morning.
2) What earnings does it have? A: None, just finished the site today.
3) Where do the scripts come from? A: There are free scripts such as these throughout the net. Will give the buyer the source/site for these.
