You mean, download the files for offline browsing?
I used a program called "Offline Explorer Pro" and it's quite good.
Fully functional 30 day trial.

I'm not sure if I am being totally clear. I grabbed a domain that used to be a website. I was wanting to grab those files to put the website back up. An example is I bought ciss.ca a while back and it was a PR6. I sold the undeveloped domain to another guy who grabbed the old files from archive.org and put up the old website www.ciss.ca I am looking for someone to do that for me.
UPDATE: I just realized that the site files were done in flash so it looks like there is no way to capture the code.
