How about a Website Review forum or Domain Review or something? To allow users to post their sites and get feedback and suggetsions on their site(s)

Thanks NamePopper Im not really meaning apprasisal more of reviewing the HTML, Graphics layout and stuff of the people's acctual site

Then you should utilize the Development section. This is where people share ideas - opinions - and feedback on everything from designing graphics - to marketing and search engine optimization.
