I don't know if anyone has run into this one before. Last night I transferred 60+ name to namepro and one didn't move.
Turns out that CIRA has a rule that says if the domain number is the same as the registrant number it won't transfer until ALL OTHER TRANSFERS ARE COMPLETED. Namepros had to manually transfer it this morning.:?::?::?:
Of course when you're doing a large number of transfers it's so email and individually authorizations intensive it's easy to lose track of one domain. And if it is due for expiry (which it was) you could easily lose it and not even know what happened until it too late. Especially if you renewed it on the last day (or tried to).
And let's face it the CIRA control panel is about as unfriendly for bulk transfers as it gets.
Anybody got any other dumb *** rules they've run into??
