Monthly membership scheme - revenue $120 per month, this is new (2 weeks old ) Still settling down to new system - I expect a steady increase in this.
Banner ads $50 per month but could easily increase as I charged a very low price
Permanent front page link on Deviantart and other top sites

Outgoings- No advertising whatsoever - have never paid for any advertising. New members now coming from search engine and links. MSN ranking no1 site on Page 1 for very popular search term
Some work required about 1 hour daily
Requires very little hosting resources

With some advertising (which I have never done) and the correct application this site could challenge the big boys. It could also be taken in a number of directions.

Genuine reason for sale Getting married and I am moving to the South of France and have invested in and will be starting a hands on photographic business with my wife. Its a time consideration. I started this site from scratch and have lovingly built on its foundations but if I do not sell I will develop it further given the time to do so.

Hi Guys thank you for your enquiries.

The site is www.designcrowd.com

Please take time to study what the site is all about. What its not is a posting site. The members pay for access to the jobs & projects contact details. Since I have changes to a subscription the present members base has gone down as most dont want to pay just freeload. What it has done is leave a core of paying members that will grow. I just had 2 more new paying members join this morning.

The are two levels of members fees, $10 month & $5 month
