is there any trademarks against zune? no issues with registering somethingzune or zune.something?

never mind the trademark thing, I read about the zune here while ago and there was a name zune.something available, i didnt take notice and just checked it now and its gone

Of course there's trademark issues... it's risky, but for many it's worth it.
