I'm tired of getting Viagra spam. I must get about 30 a day. I'm never going to buy any!. So why bother spam me with it?. Do people actually buy it from spam emails?.

A certain registrar kept sending me renewal notices for domains I already transferred away. I contacted their support and it was fixed k:

I have learned to ignore all of the spam. What I consider worse than
spam is the spoofing of my email address. And, getting all the balance
backs from non-delivery. That is what clogs my mailbox.

I never got "pre-made logos" emails util i started domains.
