what does this mean?

I purchased a avatar yesterday and it didn't show when ever I made a post. The only thing that was showing was a vbulletin banner right under my name. I think it has something to do with my name change that the avatar didn't work. The name of the avatar is: image.gif I have the same avatar in my picture profile the avatar was also showing right next to my name on the top menu(log in). I deleted the avatar thinking that I could put it back but I have to pay again to have an avatar installed.

I get this error when ever I click on NO AVATAR: This user has not registered and therefore does not have a profile to view.

I sent in a trouble ticket in but is not there anymore
