What impact will Net Neutrality (now and in Future) Have on Domaining?

I'm curious to hear some predictive thoughts/analysis on the implications of the FCC's Net Neutrality ruling, guide lines, and loop hopes have on the domain industry in short and long term views.

Thanks in advance for all those taking the time to share. I have plenty to say on the subject but would like to hear some of your thoughts.
