No I mean to buy, no idea about resell.

They are around $80 each at Godaddy, dunno if you can get them cheaper.

I think register.com had them for fifty each.

I would like to know if any .cn or .jp have been resold by anybody.

Third level .jp and .cn domains are VERY popular in their own countries, but I won't recommend any speculation from foreigners. A LOT of people have already learned a hard (expensive) lesson with the .cn "gold rush". LOL!
