Hey guys and gals,
I'm trying to remember the name of this movie:?:.

It's about a guy who has lived through time. He has been a caveman, he was Jesus, etc and having a goodbye party with fellow professors. One of the professors he is talking to

ends up being his son.

I can't remember the movie. It's really good and enjoyable. Please help!!!

I believe Samuel L. Jackson played a professor role. The lead guy looked liked or could have been the lead guy in Rose Red mini series.
 
Sounds like Back to the Future 4: Marty goes to Nazareth.
