What should I do?

I have the person's active email.

And, I used the PM here. Which I would assume is active since the person
is an active member on this board.

Furthermore, I am not asking for the forum to take any action. All I did
was ask - "What do you think I should do?"

With all the time and effort you have put in - and the fact that you asked for public comment - I think you expose the culprit.

Why let someone else fall into the same situtation. This is not a dispute - you need a return message to have a dispute...LOL

Just expose him/her ans stop wasting time.

The person sent me an email and explained the misunderstanding.

And, he has paid me the $ 50.00

I accepted his apology and will do business with him again.

This is a clear example that there is alway two sides to the story.

A shame you don't share that side of the story with us ...

You accepted his appology? If you have sent him multiple PM's and emails and he just now thinks it's smarter for him to pay up you should still let us know who he is.

WHO IS IT?
