What's going on with safenames.net?

I have a domain registered at safenames.net but when I logged into my account I could not find it now. I have sent many Emails to them but no response. Their US and Canadian number is an answering machine and UK office never answers the phone. I have another domain registered at their company but it is there. I cannot get the EPP code from their admin panel. What happened at safenames.net? Are they still in business?
