So i am in th middle of negotiating a sale today when right outside the office door, a guy (homeless) starts screaming and yelling about the politics and how everyone is trying to rip him off, just crazy jibberish.

I had no idea what to do but to tell my client that I would get back to him in the next 10-15 minutes.

He said, "don't bother." Hung up.

bahh!

Ah well.

My advice. Go to a broom closet that is sound proof.
