Whats with the question marks

In the domain sales thread, I'm selling Antibiotics.net. fine.
The subtitle is "for sale"
The page with all the threads in the fourm listed shows double question marks next to the subtitle.
See -
Antibiotics.net - for sale??

Should be

Antibiotics.net - for sale

In the thread, it appears just fine though. See here:
