when can i bump my post

I'd like to reduce the buy it now as a bump. When can this be done without it being considered a merge?

Bumping is not allowed. Read the rules carefully.

But if you want to reduce prices you have to wait for 24 hours or if someone replys in that thread then you can post as a new post or you would have to wait for 24 hours to update.
