Does anyone know when does g oogle re-index?

What do you mean reindex?

I presume you're referring to when it updates the various Google index servers... you may want to check out the SEO forum here. The updates (AKA dances) are on a variable basis, although Googlebot crawls pretty regularly once it has initially indexed your site.
