They will always charge a fee when you receive money, but not when you send money. If someone pays by eCheck the fees are alot less. You can use this tool to calculate the fees by country/memberships.

have 2 accounts, a personal account and a business or premier account.
Only use your business account to receive credit card payments, as personal accounts have no fee for receiving normal payments

different countries? I think not, you are allowed 1 personal and 1 pre/bus account, but yes you need a different login email for each
