Where can I register a domain with e-mail service?

I'm looking for a registrar that offers a domain registration with email/webmail service, and that accepts Paypal? (OTHER THAN: NetworkSolutions, Moniker/Coolhandle and Dotster)

Any suggestions?

It can be very confusing. Plus, just when you get accustomed to it, GoDaddy changes it.
