Is there a place that you can submit bulk names and get the result for PR?

Also you guys may or may not noticed, but i just found out today and i dont know why with google toolbar on IE and firefox, you get two different kind of rating, i have not try this on many sites, but i did try one name and was getting two different kind of rating. has anyone noticed this?

try this, http://www.womensweb.co.nz/ its expired domain but you get PR 2 with IE toolbar and PR 0 with firefox!!!!

Tell me if i am wrong, why is that?
