I like ShoppingOptions.com.
It's not as limited-sounding as ShoppingOnly.com or ShoppingSpecial.com (people like having options), and it "rolls off the tongue," as they say. I'm fond of sound repetition in domains.

I'm not keen on any of them, sorry.
However, I would develop ShoppingSpecial.com
If buydomains is successful selling ShoppingSpecials.com I would think the buyer would also be interested in acquiring the singular as well. If they choose not to buy you out any advertising they do can only help you.

Probably because a company is more likely to use the singular in general sentence construction - whereas the plural is used more as a complete term.
If you look at how the terms are used in the google results you can see the difference, e.g:
Shopping Specials For FNANB Cardholders
Charlottesville Shopping Specials
vs
Luxury Shopping Special Offers, Coupons, Best Deals
InfoSpace Catalog Shopping - Special Offers
World of Shopping : Special Bouquet
