Logo 1: Simple but looks good
Logo 2: Clean and Simple
Logo 3: Not bad
Logo 4: Attractive but too much filled.

Logo 1 and Logo 2.

You can choose a choice from it .

Just remember one thing: Put the logo clean and simple. If you make the logo too much filled, the site looks heavier and the visitor leaves away. The main site site is based from logo as thats at the top so add something which is simpl and clean.

2 or 3 if the website is of more 'modern look'. 1 if it fits in with the rest of the site
