Which logo should i use?

I would use logo 1 as it seems to stick out much better, 5 would be my 2nd choice out of them.

Definitely logo 5. The colors are more consistent, and there aren't as many of them.

I actually like #6, it pops and is crisp nice light blue and dark blue contrast. The other's dont have both factors imo.

Another vote for #2, with pleasing contrast; tied for second are 1 (good contrast but the lettering is a bit harshly neon-y) and 5 (nice no-nonsense shade of blue).
