we've just started with moniker - moving from namecheap, regfly, enom, godaddy.

GoDaddy, have been very happy with their site interface, and their (live and online) customer support. It's the kind of thing where... you really appreciate a quick solution when something goes wrong. The same would apply to hosting providers... but I think DN registrars is even more critical.
