Do you mean current teeny slasher types? Because I'd recommend you look up the distributor.
If you're after the old crappy stuff that's in the public domain now, then alibaba.com has a few of the factories just cranking out crap 24/7.
You may also want to look into business liquidators. More and more stores and rental places are going out of business, and they sell the stock off pretty damn cheaply. A friend of mine just got 30 sets of display shelves for his business for $180.
