Why do you park where you do?

I see a resurrection of parkingsite.com in the offing...

I use Sedo and like that they also can handle the sales end. Not thrilled with inconsistencies in pay-out and difficulty in optimizing the way I want to.

I like to keep all my names at one registrar and it would sure be easier as far as changing name servers and not having to input each domain if the registrar had a great PPC program so I could manage and deal with one company.

I think I saw a post by Adam somewhere else in the forum a few days ago asking about GoDaddy's parking pages (I could be wrong). Are these questions related?

I still haven't seen a landing page that doesn't look like a landing page. I also have read posts on the forum talking about mini-sites with some content-maybe there's a future with this approach that would dramatically increase traffic, etc.

I'm looking forward to the announcement. Also, does anyone have an opinion as to the best PPC company for real estate related domains?

Well, I'm 'all ears' in this thread anyway Adam. Got something cooking?

It's all going to boil down to which real estate markets. Hot markets will do better than cold markets. So keywords will have to be crucial to get traffic, along with having relevant links.

If you do find a suitable place to park, then I'd be interested. Right now there's a chill in the air for real estate.

Getting so-so traffic at Sedo and Bodis. Bodis doing better on the non .com related real estate domains for traffic and PPC.

Maybe a reincarnation - hold your horses.

>> Why do you park where you do?

Easy and quick to add lots of names.
Good stats
Decent "for sale" system
Good and friendly customer service
Reasonable income.
It would be hard work to move!

I do not use parking services:
1 - Very negative regarding SEO.
2 - Unable to add custom content.

I use an XML ad feed.

Which do you use? Is it good for low $x.xx ppc on financial/mobilephone type names? I have been thinking much about xml feeds lately.

most important is if the earning will increase.
other things are secondary

Aside from Revenue, my top 3 are.

* Ability to customize landers
* User keyword selection
* Customer support

My other 4 are;

* Mutual Trust
* Traffic Analysis
* Detailed stat reporting
* On time payments
* SEO

"Why do you park where you do?"

1.Free food and liquor
2.Personal individual service
3.SEO

I use dopa.com for my Chinese traffic names.

One thing you are right for sure. I do move my domain from different parking programs every couple days. I have learned that if I leave my names with one parking program, the earning per click (EPC) will drop the longer I stay with the same program. As soon as I switch to a different parking program, the EPC jump up again.
