Why has my account been downgraded to Gold???

Sorry for the public posting, but now my ability to post in most forums has been removed. NO explanation given, and NO response from DotComGod to email about this sent 2 days ago.

Should I call visa and issue a chargeback, or is this going to get fixed?

Clearly this is an error somewhere in the system and I'm sure that it will be rectified as soon as Admin/Tech are in the right time zone to deal with the issue.
