For those of you who refuse to believe search engines dont give the domain/url and weight ..

http://www.webmasterworld.com/forum3/21994.htm

As web developers increasingly understand the importance of keeping everything about their websites relevant ..including their domain .. then the domain aftermarket will stay strong.

The domain certainly isn't given an overwhelming weight..it is just one more piece in making your websites se friendly.. but they DO matter.

Solid keywords , specific ccTLDS (as sedo has done) for each market you wish to rank well in (those markets se's) along with relevent content.

I guess Bid didn't want to cut and paste.

Marcus, when I first saw the thread listing, I thought of
your website. So, it tells you that you, that you have a keyword
domain. :-)

I agree that keywords do help recall of the address, but when they see your real address is sex.cc, the first impression is ... shucks, another wannabe huckster.

Stick to gTLDs! You have no skeletons in the closet to hide with these.
