You challenge someone to make them say a word within one minute. They will agree. You tell them, 'In the next 60 seconds, I am going to make you say the word 'no'.
This is what to say:
You're in a field. You can go north, south, east, or west. What direction do you want to go?
They will say north (for example). You then tell them that they follow a path for about 1 mile when they come to a fork in the road. You can go NE, NW, or back the way you came, S. What direction do you want to go?
Whatever direction they say, act disappointed and ask them if they know this one - They will almost always say 'No!'.
