When I was writing backorder scripts for NameSniper I forgot an
IF statement and some 40 domains (very random number/letter
combos) got registered through enom. This was done in a matter
of seconds and I did not know about it until enom sent me a
notice saying that my account balance is low.

It basically registered every name on the expired list until
it drained my account.

Thank God I wasn't using my credit with the script.

Anyone can purposely register an awful domain.

One of the qualifications for a truly bad domain name should be the intentions, or delusions of grandeur when registering the name!

I am sure we have all at one time thought we've discovered a wonderful, clever name that was for sure going to be the next big thing to hit the net... only to end up shaking our head later wondering "what was I thinking??"

So come on, let's hear some of those really bad ones. If you want to include your excuse for registering, that may be fun to hear.
