I don't see why it's a fake PR. It's a PR alright, but a real one at least. Notice that what they refer to as "new" is the wrapping of both .WS domain registration and website hosting in one.

They have always packaged the two together in their flash advertisements with the red sports car and the hot cartoon girl. Then they have an MLM system where you sell it to all your friends. I love .WS names but I hate these little PR wire stories that are disguised as real news.
