Just goes to show extension isn't everything!

KidZone.ws- 965 OVT (US)

As an aside I picked up KidsZone.ws, which has an OVT of 108 US (I actually prefer the plural version). Will be testing the traffic over the next few days, I should think it will get good traffic but we shall see.

Agree, the success of this website is not down to the extension but the hard work and skill of the developer.

My point was that successful websites CAN be formed on newer extensions, even struggling extensions such as .WS and not all traffic names end in .com

This is by far the best OVT name i've hand registered in a long while in terms of score. Arlines.ws is going well for you it seems, maybe Airlines.ws will have an OVT score similar to kidzone.ws one day.

smart move to reg the plural version, it will probably get you traffic.
Then maybe resell it to the main site.

about .ws, it really does not matter when it is a developed site.
ANY extension, that has a site developed, and throw a few ads around, will get you mucho traffico.

And so we have an interesting phenomenon that one .WS is in the top few Alexa ranking...

CentralMedia dot ws currently @ 233 spot at Alexa > http://www.alexa.com/data/details/main?q=&url=http://www.centralmedia.ws without linkage data, and/or obvious development.

Is it just me, or is something really fishy here?
