Wanted: Website WTB: I Buy Forums

I'm buying active forums. There are a lot of niches that I'm interested in buying in, business, tech, finance, health, automotive, hobbies, family, etc.... The most important thing I look for in a forum is an active community. Without that, there's little value. Revenue is important, in that it will help determine the value of a site, but it's not necessary, I buy active forums without revenues too. I can't get into anything illegal like downloads, nor am I interested in porn topics. I can deal with most any platform. My budget is well into the six figure range, but that doesn't mean your site is worth that much. I pay what I think it's worth, not a penny more. If you have an active forum you want to sell, please send me a note and include the url to your site and your asking price.

Only active live forums... not forum domains

I do occasionally buy just the domains, but primarily I want to buy active forums.
