Wanted: Website [WTB] Websites with Software Downloads (any niches)

I'd like to find websites for a client that needs websites with software downloads, in order to monetize them with PPI offers. He doesn't have any requirements as to the niche, but websites in the tech/crypto niche would be good. The websites must have a good ranking and must receive traffic.

He is not limited in budget - it means if the websites are receiving a lot of traffic and have a very good ranking, then it'll not be a problem for him, about the budget.
