I saw a post in another forum saying WWD blocks all transfer attempts. They do not allow names to be transfered out.

You may have read someone who was trying to transfer someone elses domain. WWD has the standard domain transfer protocols set up where they send a confirmation email to the Admin email address on the WHOIS contact info for the domain.
If you dont confirm this email within 30 days they will kill the transfer as it is just wasting bandwith and resources at that point.

there are no problems transferring out. infact wwd sometimes encourages it. they barred out some countries and told everyone to transfer out ( like romania, vietnam etc)
