I am interested in selling AIMForum.com. I purchased the site about 10 weeks ago, and have spent quite a bit of time restoring order and building up traffic.

Sale Includes:
Domain name: aimforum.com

All members, database, etc.

vbulletin license not included (will be for an additional $100 if owner is interested).
License expires August 3, 2005
Owned license
Will have license verified if buyer is interested in adding that on.

Site is a PR4
Traffic is running around 550 uniques per day, with quite a few of those coming several times a day. Please see stats screenshots for actual numbers.

Site has 4,603 members in the database.

I have 4 admins, including myself who are active and work on the site. They will stay, with the exception of myself. I also have 6 really good mods who are there are the time. The mods will all stay. I would prefer that buyer just takes over my username, and that the mods/admins don't know there is a change.

Site currently has very little income, around $5 per month from adsense. I didn't include a screen shot of that, since I figured $5 per month really didn't matter that much. I was going to start selling footer links, but then decided to sell the site. I haven't been working on income at all on the site, I have been trying to increase traffic.

Please let me know if I missed anything. The server has been acting funny the last 24 hours, so the site might be up and down today. I am hoping to have this fixed here any minute.

I used to post at that site, to bad no one likes it anymore. Just a bunch of n00bs thinkin they are cool for posting there. Definitly not worth $1,200.

Please keep your negative comments to yourself. If you have been there since I have owned it, you will notice that we have a new set of rules that are strictly enforced, and the quality of the posts and members has increased exponentially.
