This started as a hobby site approx. three years ago and has grown into a monster that I have frankly grown bored of updating. With some more time and knowhow I'm sure that it could produce a far better income producer than what I was able to get from it. Here is some site info:
Theme - Live traditional auction, garage sale and estate sales. Site has an auctioneer directory, articles and search engine nothing but upcoming live auctions.
Number of pages - approx 5000 static pages hosted by a third party company.
Scripting Languages/Database - asp,asp.net MSSQL and Access
Traffic - Just under 700,000 page views on 200,000 user sessions from Jan of this year to May 29. (sorry can't give unique number of visitors/day host uses Urchin as a traffic analyzer and they report traffic as user sessions). For this past week 47% of traffic had no referral, 23% came from Googgle and the rest came from some 300 other sites.

Income - Google adsense income - $869 so far this year up from 407 this time last year. CJ income - $174 this year up from 30 this time last year. I also made some money doing web development for local auctioneers.

Asking price - I'm going to start this at $2000. If it don't sell I'll lower the price $100 a day till it does.

If you have any questions feel free to ask

Could you please post a stats link (Urchin is fine). I like the site, and would like to consider it.

If you could also pm me income evidence as well.

Here is a link to the Urchin pageview graph.
http://luv2bid.com/proof/urchin_pageviews_graph.xls

If you want to see something else from urchin let me know.

To help answer some questions about the site:

It's hosted at Server Intellect
Hosting is 14.95 a month. I only use 1 gig of bandwidth a month the price/month I spend on hosting is for the sql space.

Time used to maintain site?
Site maintenance depends. I created a database of live auctioneers and their upcoming sales. About once every 5 to 7 days I would I would spider their upcoming sales pages to a mysql database on my home computer, transfer that info to an access database, upload that to the server, run a series of two to eight scripts (depending on how much content I wanted to appear on the calendar portion of the site) and the content would be on the site. Total time for all of this was a little less than 2 hours.

The scripts, pictures and any other content will be transferred to the buyer. I don't plan on using the scripts on another site. There are some functions on the scripts that I would pull for an Respiratory care site I'm developing. If the buyer doesn't have a web spider it's can be thrown into the sale. I would be willing to even negotiate the price of the computer that runs all of this software If the buyer feels that would be helpful.

Yet A little more on the site:
PR was 5. I can still see a green bar at http://www.google.com/Top/Home/Consumer_Information/Auctions/?il=1 which is it's dmoz listing.

It is now Tuesday where I live
Asking price now $1900
