PHPTuts.com is a website dedicated to php tutorials. We are selling both domains and the full site. It has roughly 47 php files that make up the whole site. The forum is custom PHP made (hand coded), and is not available anywhere else yet. The site has a full administration panel which allows you to manage affiliates, approve/disapprove of recently submitted tutorials, read and send messages. There are a few things that need touching up, and more things will be added, and we will continue to do this for free after the sale. There will also be a script that will check, automatically, our affiliate's websites at the given time of the week. If our affiliate button is not present on their website, they will be sent an email letting them know, and the affiliate button for their website will not be displayed on PHPTuts, until they place our affiliate button back on their website.

Traffic, we receive anywhere from 12 - 30 uniques a day. It is somewhat low, but this site has huge potential. As the tutorial database grows, the traffic will rise traumatically.
