The problem I see with this, is the name is Plural.
And as you stated, there is only One. Therefore your name makes no sense.

If there was to be more to come, I guess you could pull $50 for the domain as a Seven Star hotel directory. But you could never sell it to one hotel, because the domain wouldnt make sense.
