I'm taking offers on X2Servers.com. It is a complete hosting solutions site including colocation and dedicated servers. For hosting, it is run off of a Pentium 4 2.4 ghz server which I will not hand over, but you can use it for the rest of the month of December to transfer the sites to a new server of your choice. For colocation and dedicated, I will tell you the sites I resell from. There are currently about 10 hosting customers and 2 dedicated customers totalling about $200/mo. profit.
