Runs on phpBB with free template that has been modified somewhat
One-month old site, but already #8 on MSN for "xbox forum" and #1 for "xbox forum USA" on Google, Yahoo, MSN and others
Well-indexed: MSN = 85 pages / Google = 373 pages, etc.
About 1400 backlinks: MSN = 150 backlinks / Yahoo = 1,320 backlinks, etc.
Because there's nothing worse than an empty forum, I've seeded this forum via automated newsfeed and a few users I imported - you can just jump in and grow it further
P.S. This site also has an HTML sitemap with 5574 pages (see footer), as well as Google and Yahoo sitemaps that have been submitted already

Great, self explanatory, TLD (.com) name!
1 year old domain (since 2005-05-13)
One-month old site, but already #5 for "Xbox 360 FAQ" on Google, etc.
Indexed by all the major search engines - the robots are spidering as we speak
About 50+ backlinks
I've added 24 FAQ so far and it's very easy to add more through the phpMyFAQ backend
Site also has short, search engine-friendly, URLs through mod_rewrite, and other cool features such as FAQ rating, commenting, submission, RSS feeds, "Show this as PDF file", "Export as XML-File", etc. The RSS feeds have been submitted to syndic8.com
For extra stickiness, I also added some extra pages (see footer), e.g.: "About X Box 360", News (via CaRP RSS aggregator) and an HTML sitemap, as well as Google and Yahoo sitemaps that have been submitted already
