I just got a 4-letter .info that is a very common acronym for a popular sport in the US and EU (plus many other places in the world) that goes along with a niche that I've found myself in.

OK, so it's a .info, I'm still happy.

Nope. This is a niche that is just starting to come into the 21st century with web development and there are already too many squatters and parkers plus in the US ethics have gone away in this niche, too many people more interested in making money than improving the niche.

I will say this, no one will recognize it unless you are in this sport.

It's odd, though, there are some very big domainers in this niche who HAVE NOT gotten into the web aspect of it.

And the second, and usually the third. There are places in the world where 10,000-15,000 seat stadiums are filled to watch this (and it is 100% ethical, it is not against the law in any country).

Edit: Odd, WhoIS shows that the .org and .net are available, and when I go to the URL a server not found error pops up but when I try to register the .org or .net my registrars say it's not available.

The .com shows that it's registered though Godaddy, 15 years (1999 to 2014) but again, no server found. You think they'd sell it or at least park it?

Edit edit: I check the WhoIs, search comes up as the .net and .org as available but when I click on them, instead of the unregistered page, I get registration information, again 1999-2014 (All though GoDaddy)
