1. Make sure that DNS is setup right. If you are not going to develop the site then point to your parking DNS so at least you get some pennies out of it.:approve:
2. Double check who is make sure that the information is correct especially with Godaddy and Wild West Resellers as many people only have the email correct when starting the transfer. Decide if you want to go private or public to be sure you don't lose a sale because the buyer can't contact you.
3. Stock up more names as now is the time you can get cheap names due to demand in money for the holidays. Names are always go up in price due to supply and demand rule.:cheesy:
4. Set a goal and plan for the new year. Most of us can't do everything at once so set priority. Ask yourself questions: develop or park? Get rid of some extensions and concentrate on others, etc..:idea:
5. Make sure you have a good plan for the cash flow. How many times that you see good names with good prices and don't have the funds?:angry:
6. Try to negotiate in private instead of public: why show everyone your interest and deal with too many competitors vs one on one from private: These questions can always be in PM or email: Any traffic?, BIN?, etc...:upset:
7. Organize yourself and keep track of all the transactions for bookkeeping/tax filing. It is too late to dig all the information in the last minutes.:kiss:
8. Double check, triple check before clicking the mouse to submit your thread/post. Make sure you follow the rules so you don't waste your time when the thread is closed. Provide enough information so the potential buyers can easily make a decision.:yes:
9. You benefit from making more friends than enemies so be nice and professional. Be nice to others and they will be nice to you. A large network of friends is always better than a small network of enemies.:wave:
10. And the last and the most important thing is make sure that you have time for your family and friends (outside of DNF). You can buy everything but Love and Time.
